At IndoRoster Indonesia, all international shipments are conducted under FOB (Free On Board) terms. This means we are fully responsible for the safe preparation, packaging, and delivery of your order to the designated port in Indonesia, covering all local costs until the goods are loaded onto the vessel. From that point, the buyer has the freedom to arrange their preferred shipping line, insurance, and logistics. With access to major international ports in Jakarta, Semarang, and Surabaya, we ensure smooth, efficient, and cost-effective export handling for our global partners
Vents (Rosters) can be packaged using wooden pallets, strapping, and additional protective layers as required by the project and shipping terms. For large-scale or export orders, our team will recommend the safest packaging option to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
At this stage, every vent (roster) that has passed quality control is neatly arranged, given a base and protective layers, and then tightly strapped to ensure safety during transit. Proper packing ensures that the vents arrive at the project site without cracks, without breakages, and are ready for immediate installation
Because our vent sizes vary, the total weight shipped to the project also depends on the type and dimensions selected. Below is a general overview of the average weight for some commonly used sizes:
Size 20 cm x 20 cm x 10 cm: approximately 4.5 kg per unit.
Size 15 cm x 30 cm: ranges from 3.5 – 4 kg per unit.
Size 39 cm x 19 cm x 10 cm: can reach approximately 8 kg per unit, depending on material composition.
For volume estimation, a wall area of approximately 1 m² usually requires around 25 units of 20×20 cm vents. The total weight per square meter for that size is approximately 112.5 kg (25 units x 4.5 kg).
Note: The figures above are average estimates. Weight information in online stores is often adjusted for invoicing needs or shipping systems, and is not always the actual physical weight on site. For large volume orders, it is best to reconfirm the final specifications and weight with the Indo Roster team to ensure your project’s structure and logistics calculations are accurate.
